Seaside Refresh

A midcentury design that needed some upgrades. This property on Prout’s Neck received some well-needed attention in the form of new, triple-glazed Loewen windows from Pinnacle Window Solutions; an open-plan kitchen and dining room with new cabinetry from Eider Investments Construction team; a brand new deck with lights and railings; a bit of siding that will quickly weather to blend with the rest; heat pumps and solar panels.
